Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries and product selections in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales transactions and returns efficiently.
- Stock shelves and maintain visual displays to ensure products are appealing and easily accessible.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies or ordering needs to management.
- Assist in organizing the sales floor, restocking merchandise, and cleaning work areas to maintain high standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
