Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression during evening hours.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide product/service recommendations to drive sales.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and register reconciliation.
- Maintain the sales floor and back-of-house areas to meet high cleanliness and organization standards.
- Collaborate with team members to execute daily operational goals and customer service targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management promptly.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex matters when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- No prior professional experience necessary; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
