Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed to prevent stockouts.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with high accuracy and adhere to all cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes (up to 25 lbs).
