Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the evening shift.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our retail management system.
- Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising standards to attract customers and highlight key products.
- Security: Monitor the store premises to prevent theft and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM), including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
