Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entry and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions and processing returns accurately.
- Assist in stocking, organizing, and facing merchandise to maintain an appealing store layout.
- Monitor store inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the management team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for all customers and staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations during the evening shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory counts.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
