Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, personalized interactions
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using our digital POS system
- Manage table rotations to optimize guest turnover and satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Present and process payments efficiently while maintaining cash handling accuracy
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area cleanliness
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience strongly preferred (1+ years)
- Flexible availability between 4 PM - 11 PM (weekends required)
- Basic POS system proficiency or willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills and multilingual abilities a plus
- Food Handler's Certificate or willingness to obtain immediately
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork under pressure
