Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register security
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening and weekend rushes
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards compliance
Qualifications
- Availability for evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and point-of-sale system knowledge
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
