Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, problem-solving, and relationship building
- Manage POS transactions, inventory checks, and cash handling with precision
- Execute merchandising tasks including stock rotation, visual displays, and floor organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise efficiently
- Uphold safety protocols and loss prevention measures at all times
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited educational institution
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend rotations
- Strong communication skills and approachable customer service mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- No prior retail experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to/from our downtown Minneapolis location
