Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions and returns
- Manage inventory and stock merchandise according to company standards
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and checkout areas
- Process shipments and price/mark new merchandise
- Support visual merchandising initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (5 PM - 10 PM, including weekends)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Reliable transportation to our Raleigh location
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude
