Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and enthusiasm
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare specialty beverages and food items according to brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and storage
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening rush periods
- Process inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Flexible availability evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Current student enrollment preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
