Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service with product knowledge and recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory restocking and floor merchandising during evening shifts
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and checkout areas
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Support loss prevention procedures and store security
- Collaborate with evening team members for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM) including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to Downtown Indianapolis location
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
