What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide professional, friendly assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Organize, stock, and merchandise products to ensure the sales floor is appealing and well-stocked at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment, including the backroom.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock runs low.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we value a great attitude over experience.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is required.
