Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management tasks per brand standards
- Assist with stockroom operations including receiving, sorting, and replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and organized presentation
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on inventory and promotions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS transactions
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Attention to detail in inventory management and visual merchandising
