Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Merchandise and visually arrange store displays to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Operate POS systems and process returns/exchanges
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Uphold safety protocols and store cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for consistent evening shifts (minimum 3 days/week)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
