Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Manage multi-line phone calls, bookings, and inquiries with professionalism
- Handle guest concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to management
- Maintain pristine front desk area and common spaces
- Process payments, manage reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping team
- Perform nightly audits and generate operational reports
- Uphold strict confidentiality of guest data and financial transactions
Qualifications
