Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and overnight hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Manage inventory stocking, pricing, and visual merchandising
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain store security and safety protocols during night operations
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient store operations
- Support inventory management and stockroom organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
