- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves to keep the workspace organized.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and quick problem-solving skills.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn point-of-sale systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
