Responsibilities
- Deliver premium guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail
- Manage evening front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams to ensure seamless evening operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information using property management systems
- Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaborative communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality or luxury retail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 PM) weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with property management software and basic office applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
