- Collaborate with remote teams via Slack during evening shifts (5 PM - 10 PM)
- Identify data discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
- Complete daily quality assurance checkpoints
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months data entry or administrative experience
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (10+ Mbps)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
