Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone and email during evening hours (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Resolve technical issues and inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and report them to management.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
