Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Support: Assist clients via chat, email, and phone during evening hours to resolve technical issues and answer inquiries.
- Client Management: Proactively monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or feature adoption.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software bugs or service interruptions with minimal downtime for the end-user.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and create detailed knowledge base articles to help future clients.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and relay user feedback to the product development team to help shape future features.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer support or account management within the tech industry.
- Schedule: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and basic understanding of web technologies.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or Business preferred.
