- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience or relevant training
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with friendly demeanor
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Ability to work independently while meeting performance targets
