Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person interactions and digital channels
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and special orders
- Merchandise and maintain store presentation standards during evening hours
- Collaborate with team to resolve customer issues and optimize store operations
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment processes
