Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients arriving during evening hours with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process transactions, payments, and paperwork accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming retail or service environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and high productivity.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Stock inventory and perform basic store maintenance duties as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Students Welcome!).
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and technology.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends on a recurring basis.
