As an Evening Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our brand during our peak hours. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience while maintaining the highest standards of store operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival, providing product recommendations and answering questions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor throughout your shift.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and price changes as needed.
- Collaborate with the evening shift team to ensure all operational targets are met.
- Monitor store security and report any irregularities to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical activity (lifting up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills and proficiency with computers or tablets.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to punctuality.
