Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions and operate point-of-sale systems with precision
- Assist customers with product inquiries and inventory availability
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Collaborate with night team on inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer concerns promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and digital tools
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

- Valid CA driver's license (preferred for inventory transport)
