Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to shoppers
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Operate opening/closing procedures for evening shifts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM), including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville location
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
