Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak evening hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with patience and care.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the store, including fitting rooms and restrooms.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.

- Basic math skills for handling transactions and change.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
