Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting shoppers and answering their inquiries.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle returns.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and organize the sales floor to ensure a clean, inviting environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure fitting rooms and restrooms are tidy and well-stocked.
- Clean spills and hazards immediately to maintain a safe shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
