Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and facility operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and company protocols
- Support event setup and breakdown as needed
