Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening operations (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Support team training initiatives and share best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Evening availability required (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Place location
- Previous retail/customer service experience a plus
