Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Restock merchandise and ensure pricing accuracy on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; candidates with equivalent work experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
