Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with password resets, email configuration, and network connectivity.
- Log and track all support tickets in the service management system.
- Perform routine hardware inventory checks and asset tagging.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to resolve complex escalated tickets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote support duties.
