Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and requests accurately using our internal database systems.
- Research and resolve customer complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and manage digital documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance and service goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must possess a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection (for remote or hybrid options).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen actively.
