Responsibilities
- Replenish merchandise on shelves and displays to ensure product availability and optimal visual presentation.
- Organize and rotate stock (FIFO) to maintain freshness and safety standards throughout the store.
- Assist in unloading delivery trucks and verifying incoming inventory against packing slips.
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a neat, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and signage compliance for all products.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth store opening.
Qualifications
- Ability to reliably work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Physical stamina to lift boxes up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory and pricing checks.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
