Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments during early morning hours (3:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
- Efficiently stock shelves and displays while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Adhere to food safety and handling protocols for perishable items
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 4-5 early morning shifts (5:00 AM start)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid California driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team
