Responsibilities
- Stocking & Organization: Efficiently stock shelves and backrooms with new merchandise, ensuring products are rotated and displayed according to visual standards.
- Inventory Accuracy: Assist with receiving deliveries, checking for damages, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, stockroom, and break areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Merchandising: Implement promotional displays and ensure pricing signage is accurate and up-to-date.
- Customer Support: Provide friendly assistance to customers locating products and answering general inquiries.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other stocking equipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or stocking is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure products are shelved correctly and the store is organized.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
