Responsibilities
- Unload and sort merchandise shipments in the early morning hours
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planograms
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Maintain organized and visually appealing store appearance
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless store opening
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns
Qualifications
- Must be available between 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM on assigned days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Previous stocking/merchandising experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
