Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries before store opening
- Stock shelves with precision and attention to detail
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and comply with FIFO standards
- Maintain clean and orderly stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless inventory management
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4-6 hour shifts starting at 4:00 AM
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to the Capitol Square location
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Willingness to stand for extended periods
