Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in the receiving area
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display cases according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean and orderly stockroom conditions
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Follow all food safety and handling protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts (3:30 AM arrival)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Passion for maintaining high store standards
