Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and quality
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Assist with inventory counts and price updates as needed
- Follow safety protocols for handling equipment and products
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (starting as early as 3:00 AM)
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
