Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise incoming shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays following visual standards
- Operate pallet jacks and safely organize stockrooms
- Collaborate with overnight crew to ensure seamless store opening
- Execute plan-o-grams to maximize product visibility and sales
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and quality control
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Available to work 4-6 hour shifts between 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
