Responsibilities
- Stocking & Shelving: Efficiently restock shelves with new merchandise while adhering to company standards for visual presentation and organization.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, rotate inventory to ensure freshness, and report low stock items to management.
- Merchandising: Ensure product displays are clean, facing correctly, and attractively arranged to drive sales.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the stockroom and sales floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and inventory scanners.
- Customer Support: Assist customers in locating products and answer basic inquiries about product availability.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting stock and organizing inventory.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Experience: Previous retail or warehouse stocking experience is preferred but not required.
