Responsibilities
- Conduct Daily Walks: Safely walk dogs of various sizes and energy levels in and around the Scottsdale area.
- Pet Care: Provide food, water, and fresh water during visits, ensuring pets are well-nourished.
- Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications or supplements to pets as directed by the owner.
- Maintenance: Clean up after pets immediately to maintain hygiene standards.
- Observation: Monitor the health and behavior of pets during walks and report any concerns to the owner promptly.
- Communication: Send daily updates and photos to pet parents via our app to keep them connected.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience walking dogs or working in a pet-related field is highly preferred.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent track record of showing up on time.
- Transportation: Must have access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to walk 2-3 miles comfortably and handle dogs of various weights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with pet owners.
- Background Check: Must be willing to undergo a background check.
