Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and PPC platforms
- Analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics and marketing dashboards to optimize ROI
- Create engaging content for blog posts, social media, and email newsletters
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and email campaigns
- Collaborate with design team to produce compelling visual assets
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with portfolio of successful campaigns
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Facebook Business Suite
- Strong writing skills with ability to craft brand-aligned content
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing strategies
- Experience managing paid advertising budgets (minimum $5K/month)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from marketing-related program preferred
