Responsibilities

- Maintain 95%+ on-time delivery rate using our GPS tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Document delivery status and customer feedback via mobile app
- Follow all SF traffic and parking regulations
- Complete 15-20 daily deliveries during assigned shifts
- Report maintenance issues or delivery obstacles promptly
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license or bike courier certification
