Responsibilities
- Deliver food, retail packages, and essential items to customers across Columbus metro area
- Maintain strict adherence to delivery time windows and quality standards
- Provide friendly, professional customer interactions during drop-offs
- Operate company-provided delivery vehicle safely and responsibly
- Track deliveries through our proprietary mobile app and update delivery status
- Report delivery issues, traffic delays, or customer concerns promptly
- Complete daily vehicle inspection and maintenance reporting
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency using GPS guidance
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Reliable smartphone with data plan and ability to download our delivery app
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently during shift
- Strong knowledge of Columbus streets and neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and punctuality skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and tip management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
