Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to Minneapolis customers using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain GPS navigation accuracy and optimize routes for timely deliveries
- Verify order details and customer information before completing each delivery
- Collect payments and process transactions through our secure mobile app
- Report delivery issues, traffic delays, or customer feedback to dispatch in real-time
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of delivery equipment
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Smartphone proficiency with ability to use delivery apps and GPS
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs comfortably and navigate stairs when needed
- Strong time management skills with punctual delivery history
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and tips
- Reliable transportation to and from shift locations
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
