Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to provide effective, long-term solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate bugs and feature requests.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by assisting with onboarding new hires.
- Document common issues and solutions to improve our internal knowledge base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
