Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues or product questions with high accuracy.
- Document all interactions and resolutions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
